AVALUX Executive Memberships provide for a close relationship between your business and our studio. From design and development, to ongoing marketing, advertising, and support — our memberships are like autopilot for your business.
The short answer: Executive memberships are a flexible relationship model which allow us to perform any of the services that we offer, either per request or automatically, to help you focus on what you do best: running your business.
The long answer: We've structured Executive Memberships to be simple; there are three levels of memberships which we'll further explain on this page: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each membership level we offer is tailored to provide maximum benefit per dollar and all levels are meant to be tailored to your unique business requirements. Memberships provide both financial and relationship benefits, and are meant to foster an ongoing collaboration.
Totally unique in the industry, Executive Memberships solve multiple pain points when it comes to engaging in projects together. They offer a deeper, more beneficial relationship that allows our clients to focus on their business while trusting their digital partner, AVALUX, will be right by their side — this is the number one goal of Executive Memberships.
Membership commitments start at 6 months and extend up to 24 months. Each membership level includes a series of services as well as a loosely enforced maximum number of hours; additional hours may be requested at the discount rate of 33% lower than our standard studio rate.
While we highly recommend committing to a membership for a minimum of 6 months, we do offer each membership level with no commitment. Memberships with no commitment length do not include the discount rate or an SLA, and the maximum number of hours is more strictly enforced.
Memberships with a minimum commitment of 6 months or more will only renew with your express consent, otherwise memberships renew month to month until termination. At AVALUX, we promise to never force-feed our services.
Memberships were built with costs in mind. We realize that many businesses could benefit from the ongoing involvement of a web and marketing agency, but costs are typically prohibitive. We're changing that.
Unlike traditional agreements which are limited in scope, our memberships cover a wide array of services. The time consuming process of identifying a full scope, developing a proposal, and generating a contract is replaced by a simplified scope and time estimate.
When we work together on a routine basis, whether that includes multiple projects, site maintenance, marketing, or SEO, the communication line never closes. This enables a deeper, more accurate understanding of your business, allows us to be up to date on business developments, and reduces time necessary to complete work.
Another great benefit of an AVALUX Membership is the reduction in cost. Our standard studio rate is reduced by 33%, which means you get work done for less money. Furthermore, that discount is maintained for any work above and beyond the number of hours included in your membership level as long as you’re on a multi-month plan.
Working together on a regular basis provides the opportunity for us to deeply familiarize ourselves with your business, even in areas above and beyond our actual engagement. This whole- cloth approach is a hallmark of our memberships and allows us to become a true partner in your success.
Commitment and trust — these notions are important to a fruitful partnership. Executive Memberships are far more than a monthly retainer; they’re a mutual decision to actively and jointly collaborate without the limitations of a traditional agreement. AVALUX members are key cornerstones of our business, and we want to be a key cornerstone of yours.
Each month we’ll provide you with a Statement of Services Rendered. This statement clearly and concisely explains exactly what services were performed, as well as relevant updates on previous work and suggestions moving forward. We’ll hold a call or in-person meeting to discuss each month at your request.
With a membership, it’s as if you’ve added to your team. We’ll remotely or physically join meetings, participate in round-table planning discussions, provide status reports, and carry out necessary tasks relating to our work together. Becoming an extension of your team was a key initial goal in developing the Executive Memberships.
With an ongoing partnership and continuous communication, you will have peace of mind that AVALUX has your back. Our steadfast commitment to timely, professional, and high quality work, backed up by open communication lines, fast response times, and flexible hours, enforces our partnership.
With an AVALUX Membership, we completely stand behind our work. From identifying and correcting bugs, to updating server software, backing up data, and proactively resolving potential issues, we’re on guard and have your best interests in mind.
Each AVALUX Membership level with a minimum commitment of 6 months or more includes an SLA dictating important requirements in terms of support request categories and response and resolution times. These response times are contractually guaranteed.
While we offer multiple membership levels, we don’t lock you into any particular level. You may freely modify your membership level at any time or add on additional requests above and beyond your current membership level whenever the need arrises; and in the event that you want to cancel, you can with no termination fee.
Our minimum membership lengths start at 6 months, and if you’re ever unhappy you can terminate your membership with 30 days of notice. Active multi-month memberships receive a 33% discount on all services, and we’ll renew your membership only with your consent.
Unlike traditional retainer agreements where dollars go to waste if services are not requested, with each of our membership levels you always get maximum bang for your buck. Guaranteed.
As always, you’re free to request any offered services that you’d like at any time. We’ll perform the services you request and inform you if the requested services will consume more hours than is allotted in your plan, along with an estimate of how many additional hours may be required.
In the event there are few or no services that you request during a monthly period, we’ll automatically perform reasonable tasks, maintenance, optimization, and even marketing depending on your plan. This may include image optimization, SEO, server updates, or other services according to a roadmap that we’ll mutually develop.
With this automatic service, you’re guaranteed to always get the most bang for your buck and never see a single dollar go wasted.
